Your responsibilities
- As part of the Group HR department, you lead teams towards successful execution of the global people strategy in Leadership development, Training & Learning, Succession planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion
- You build a strong pipeline of excellent leaders, develop and elevate ALDI’s leadership capabilities, design and implement standardised global leadership programmes
- You streamline and standardise induction and functional training offerings, creating a learner-centric growth mindset
- You establish and embed processes that identify, develop, and retain key talent, ensuring organisational readiness and future capability through talent and succession strategies
- You lead projects to strengthen ALDI’s performance culture and growth mindset, e.g. streamline the performance management process
- You champion employee listening and engagement, gather meaningful employee insights and identify actionable improvements
- You lead global initiatives that foster an inclusive culture, advance diverse representation, and embed equitable practices in people processes to accelerate diversity, equity, and inclusion
- You partner with senior leaders and country teams to co-create solutions and align the global strategy with local needs
Your profile
- You have extensive senior-level leadership experience (10+ years) in People leadership, Culture Development and/or Learning & Development
- You bring strategic capability and proven experience in designing and executing local and/or global strategies across Leadership Development, Learning, Talent Management, Performance, Engagement, and Inclusion
- With your strong business mindset, you navigate the People & Culture team successfully through organisational performance, transformation, and value creation.
- You have experience in driving large-scale transformation and building a culture of continuous learning, growth, and accountability
- You bring experience in influential stakeholder management and expertise in partnering with senior executives and functional leaders to co-create impactful solutions
- You have a global mindset, cultural fluency and outstanding leadership and coaching skills
- You are fluent in the English language, German and other languages are a plus
