These are your tasks:
- Responsible for acquiring customers and projects in the area of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Advising customers during the proposal process and in ongoing projects, including proposal preparation
- Maintaining customer relationships with SAP and the SAP ecosystem
- Knowing the competition and the value drivers of CNT and SAP and keeping knowledge up to date
- Advancing the cloud strategies of existing and new customers
- Designing the content of the entire sales cycle
- Demand generation, pipeline management and closing opportunities
- Developing opportunity plans and conducting white space analyses to identify growth opportunities
- Bringing knowledge of end-to-end HR business processes, business models and strategies to the sales cycle
- Continuous training in hard and soft skills
You should bring this with you:
- Affinity for sales conversations and enjoyment of sales cycle processes
- Several years of experience in sales of SAP solutions with a proven track record
- Proven contract and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of the market for HR solutions and the HR business in general
- Experience in SAP HCM and / or SAP SuccessFactors projects desirable
- Hands-on experience in HR processes
- Independent, customer and solution-oriented working style
- Interest in open and constructive cooperation
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
- Business fluent in German and English
