Job Description Summary
-Marketing leader in a small revenue organization OR experienced managers of marketing sub-function. -Develop and drive the execution of brand marketing plans with the objective to maximize market share and revenue growth in the market.
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Leads the development and ensures the implementation of the brand vision, strategy, and core tactics.
- Responsible for P&L management.
- Leads essential strategic processes including 1BP, LRRs, MPRs, and collaboration with WEC/RE/International teams.
- Ensures strong cross-functional alignment on brand strategy development and implementation.
- Responsible for engagement with top Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Oversees implementation of the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy (e.g., ICE)
- Leads the marketing brand team, ensuring talent development.
