EUA Finance Business Partner Sourcing (m/f/d)
Location: Vienna, Austria
Purpose of the job:
If you want to shape AGRANA Fruit’s financial future, this role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of Finance, Global Purchasing, and EUA Sales. You’ll support strategic decisions through data-driven insights, enhance transparency in financial processes, and help drive revenue and profitability. This position is full-time.
Tasks:
- Analyze raw material margins by comparing actuals, forecasts, budgets, prior year data, and negotiated sales prices.
- Deliver insights to support sales and purchasing decisions, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with business partners to develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor raw material margin performance across all European legal entities.
- Conduct detailed analysis for raw material risk reporting.
- Evaluate central warehouse performance in collaboration with logistics.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses (e.g., warehouse footprint assessments).
- Streamline and enhance raw material reporting across plants and purchasing entities.
- Further develop the GROMA reporting tool for raw materials.
- Lead the finance process for budgeting and forecasting within AFS.
- Own the latest estimate and monthly closing analysis.
- Contribute to working capital improvement projects.
- Oversee financial aspects of quality claims and manage raw material-related financial topics with key suppliers/customers.
- Coordinate business-related provisions and ensure proper documentation.
- Lead the reimbursement process in collaboration with the AFS accounting team.
- Ensure compliance with AGRANA’s internal guidelines.
- Commit to safety-first principles in all activities.
Requirements:
- Education/Degree in Economics/Finance
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Controlling, ideally in an international environment with purchasing contact
- Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in understanding the business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Project management experience is a plus
- Excellent level of English is a must; other languages are beneficial

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 38,382.54 gross per year. Overpayment depending on qualifications and experience is possible.
