Your Mission:
Finance & Invoicing – You’ll be primarily responsible for creating and sending invoices in close collaboration with the sales team, following up on outstanding payments, preparing all invoice documents for our accountants, and handling bank accounts and company credit cards.
Event Support – You’ll contribute to the planning and execution of internal team events and assist with the organization of external activities such as trade fairs and client-facing events.
Office Management – You’ll help ensure a smooth and well-equipped work environment by supporting hardware and software purchases and keeping our office and kitchen stocked with essential supplies.
Project Assistance – You’ll help manage ad hoc projects as they come up, ensuring timelines are met.
Travel Coordination – You’ll assist in arranging travel for the sales and management teams, and help manage the associated expense claims and documentation.

Starting immediately!
We offer a salary, starting at 23.240 EUR gross per year based on 20 hrs/week.
