In this role you will be part of Service Finance organization which is in charge of financial controlling of Jenbacher Services business. You will participate in INNIO’s internship program which aims to involve you step by step into the daily life of the department and helps to start your career in a structured way at INNIO Group. During your internship you will be participating in projects assigned by Head of Service Finance and Head of Controlling aimed to increase revenue, profitability and/or cash for Jenbacher Services business. You will also contribute to cross-functional projects with the aim to improve business performance, eliminate number of manual journal entries, simplify and automate service finance planning, pacing closing and reporting processes.
This internship lasts for a maximum of 6 months. An internship is a perfect start for a long-term career at INNIO and offers extension options as well as potential permanent employment opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support the financial validation of business cases / initiatives; calculate margin, EBITDA, pay back period, net present value; monitor data inputs
- Help preparing project plans for key projects / business cases / initiatives and support in conducting Account reconciliations for Balance Sheet accounts
- Together with a Financial Analyst you will take part in interviewing key stakeholders, draw process maps; assess wing-to-wing processes and identify weaknesses / gaps
- Provide timely and appropriate financial data and supporting documentation for audits
- Support preparation of Risk / Controls Matrix for each service product line, help identifying all risks and controls and reflect it on process maps
Your Profile:
- Bachelors or masters degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
- Very strong MS-Office skills (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical skills and great team player
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and managing multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal fluency in English; German is a plus
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.645,68 gross per month (x 14).
