Your tasks will include …
- Event management: organisation of high-level events for customers & partners, including cooperation with local Affiliates, agencies and external suppliers
- Seminar & Conference support: cooperate with Daikin Europe and our Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to organise international seminars & conferences for our customers & partners
- Marketing materials: coordinate promotion tools including stock management, replenishment
- Admin support: coordinate our event platform (Halito), invoice management

you are currently studying in the field of Marketing or Event management. Ideally, you have already gained some initial insights into the field of events and have a basic understanding of Marketing processes. You work carefully and reliably and can keep track of multiple tasks. A structured approach to work, organizational skills, and an open, friendly manner are important to you. As you will be working in an international environment with colleagues from different cultures, good English skills and intercultural openness are particularly advantageous.

Depending on your availability, we offer a working time of 30 hours per week for this position, which is initially limited to 12 months. The salary range starts at an all-inclusive gross annual salary of € 30.800,- (based on full-time employment); depending on qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible. You will also benefit from a flexible working time model, a job ticket, a meal allowance, and a modern office environment that offers space for exchange and collaboration.
