To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and well-organized Team Assistant to support administrative tasks and assist our management team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative and multicultural environment.
Location: Wolfsberg
Working model: 2 days in the office, 3 days home office
Working Hours: Part-time (25–30 hours/week), 5 days/week
Willingness to travel: 1–2 days per quarter at our office in Graz

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and manage the office independently
Perform front desk duties and handle telephone communication
Carry out general administrative tasks, especially preparatory accounting
Coordinate and manage national and international business travel
Organize and support client and internal team events
Provide administrative support to management in daily operations
Manage and procure office supplies for employees

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Completed commercial training (e.g., HAK, HLW, or office clerk apprenticeship)
3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
Excellent command of written and spoken English and German

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW oder Lehre als Bürokauffrau/-mann)
3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

SALARY
Gehalt:
Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in Gewerbe, Handwerk und Dienstleistung, Verwendungsgruppe III. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
