We are looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer (m/f/x) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless, user-friendly digital experiences across a White Label Solution for web and native mobile apps for our customers at BILLA & PENNY. You’ll collaborate closely with product owners, developers and stakeholders to turn ideas into intuitive and elegant interfaces that meet both user needs and business goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless, user-friendly digital experiences across a White Label Solution for web and native mobile apps for our customers at BILLA & PENNY. You’ll collaborate closely with product owners, developers and stakeholders to turn ideas into intuitive and elegant interfaces that meet both user needs and business goals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, mockups and prototypes
- You will create a high-fidelity designs for our White Label Solution for web and native mobile platforms
- Organize and facilitate design workshops to gather insights and align stakeholders
- Conduct user research, usability testing and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
- Apply accessibility best practices across web and native mobile platforms
- Stay current with evolving design trends, tools and technologies
- Maintain and enhance design systems and UI style guides
- Support the growth of design maturity within the department

An industry-standard, attractive and performance based annual gross salary starting at 60.000 Euro (on a full-time basis) with the possibility of higher pay according to experience and qualifications
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing both UX and UI work across digital products
Experience working with design systems
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Token Studio, Miro, etc.)
Experience in analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and HotJar
Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Experience in accessibility testing
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Animation design skills and knowledge of HTML/CSS would be a bonus
