HR Operations Administration; Payroll Reports, Compensation Benefits
process time recording requests; enter employee data into HR systems and maintain them on an ongoing basis
handle various recurring employee life-cycle requests (i.e. master data changes)
generate a variety of reports that support (among other topics) preparatory payroll accounting, transfer leave provisions
keep track of deadlines and ensure that they are met; never forget details, as you contribute to documentation
administrate benefits and commissions (i.e. Meal vouchers, employee life event gifts, etc.)
Recruiting – Employer Branding – On-boarding
support the Sr Recruiter with daily tasks (application management, CV-Checks, interview scheduling, job postings, etc.). It runs smoothly with you! After training, you’ll handle parts of the recruiting process and serve as deputy.
assist with organizing EB events seamlessly, manage handouts and goodies with an eye for detail, support job fairs.
coordinate on-boarding measures for new joiners in AT and make sure it stays a unique program.
People Development, Performance, Engagement, Project Support
coordinate internal training and organize independently internal events (e.g. Birthday Lunch, Hiking Day, etc.)
participate in HR initiatives for process optimization and digitization, AI Usage
assist in managing performance reviews, goal setting and contribute to various HR projects
What you bring to the role:
You have a completed commercial education (HAK, HLW) and a strong interest in working with different HR topics
You have (0.5-5 years) experience (Office Management or similar) from professional, student, or internships - that’s a must; experiences with HR, social media, IT collective agreement and labour law – these are advantages
You have an affinity for numbers, think analytically, enjoy working with MS Excel and have an advanced command of MS tools. Familiarity with HR tools (SAP, Bamboo, HireHive) and/or a completed WIFI HR Assistant course are nice to haves.
You know how to work with AI – including prompt design, selecting and using AI tools, and understanding AI agents.
You are an organizational talent and can structure and prioritize tasks by keeping up your resilience.
You work proactively, conscientiously, reliably, accurately, self-reliantly in an organized manner
You are flexible - in general and in your mind (i.e. always able to adapt/learn quickly to new things, switch perspectives)
You are an open, inspiring team player, actively listen to others, and suggest solution-oriented ideas.
You have strong communication skills – excellent in English and good in German.
You really enjoy interacting with internal “customers” and aim to help/support/service them friendly.

Compensation: The minimum salary is EUR 35.000, - gross/year (38,5h/w). We offer a salary which is above the minimum of Austrian IT collective agreement (AT) and in line with the market, depending on your specific qualifications and professional experience. Based on your growth ST1 is intended on a mid-term view.
